Our commercial insurance client is hiring a Program Manager to lead medium- and large-scale initiatives, drive strategic outcomes, and support change management as it's Engineering and Research Group transitions to a new operating model. This role requires 7-10 years of program/project management experience, 3-5 years in change management (certification a plus), and expertise in governance structures and process implementation. Candidates must provide a project plan, PowerPoint sample, status report, and change strategy during screening. This role is onsite in RI or Southern MA and is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion.
