Event Design Coordinator (Direct Hire)

High end event design company is hiring a talented Events Design Coordinator to join their in-house design studio. Under the direction of a Design Director, the Event Design Coordinator implements all aspects of the creative process including the design development and execution of on-brand, innovative events. In this role you will develop the event and tradeshow design, specifically in details such as composition and integration of multi-faceted components i.e. color, sound, lighting, décor, and any other relevant attributes of the creative planning process. Ideally looking for a recent grad with 1-2 years of experience who has designed for events, experiential, and interior spaces. A portfolio that demonstrates event design or interior design ideas is preferred. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite with Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This is a full remote role however candidates must be local to the Boston area to perform site visits to all selected sites for assigned client events. Must be able to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
