Marketing Manager, Financial Services

Job Description: Large financial institution is looking to hire a Marketing Manager, Financial Services with commercial banking experience. The Marketing Manager, Financial Services is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan for these segments that help drive success for commercial banking and the overall brand of the bank. In this role, this person is responsible for engaging with business segment leadership and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of and alignment with their strategies, goals and initiatives. This person is also responsible for maintaining a high level of persistent collaboration with internal and external marketing partners in order to develop and deliver the marketing plan. You will support marketing activities across digital, sales force, direct, media and event marketing channels to help drive necessary share of mind and sales engagement in support of new commercial products (examples, cash management, commercial cards) and value proposition launches. A bachelors degree is required; MBA preferred. 5-7+ years of banking/financial services experience required, preferably in a B2B marketing-related role.  Experience marketing to B2B sales forces a plus. Prior experience with marketing B2B cash management and payment solutions is a plus. The ideal candidate will have business to business marketing experience supporting sales forces targeting companies with over $100mm annual revenue. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
